DEI Content Development

A cohesive and successful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy can and should include a wide variety of activities - from policy and procedure development and revisions to company-wide and role-specific trainings to DEI communications to pay equity studies to hiring and promotions practices, the list is constantly evolving to meet the needs of your organization.

To support this strategy, you’ll need to develop DEI-specific content that drives your initiatives and programs forward, including DEI Engagement Activities to enhance organizational trainings, like the DEI Matching Activity at the top of this email.

But don’t worry, we have all of your DEI content needs covered!

Maybe supplier diversity has been identified as a strategic priority, but you’re not sure where to start and you’re looking for a Best Practices Toolkit that provides info and examples. We have that!

Or maybe you’re looking for DEI Education Materials, like a DEI holidays and observances calendar for both internal and external communications, or perhaps you’re ahead of the game and thinking about next year’s Pride Month, and you want to share a learning module with your organization. We have those, too!

Whatever your DEI content needs, Equity At Work is here to help. We have Best Practice Toolkits, DEI Education Materials, and DEI Engagement Activities that can help move your organization forward and support all of your DEI initiatives and programs.
