A flowchart depicting the steps of a strategic process. It starts with 'DEFINE your purpose, goals, desired end state & what success looks like.' Next is 'ASSESS current state with analytics, interviews, site visits, listening tours.' Then, 'DEVELOP YOUR STRATEGY & alignment with your mission & values.' Followed by 'IDENTIFY KPIs & ACCOUNTABILITIES & how they evolve over time.' Next, 'DEVELOP YOUR ROADMAP and align with other strategic initiatives.' Then, 'BUILD THE 3 “C’s” of change management, communications & content.' Next, 'IMPLEMENT & OPERACIONALIZE internally & externally.' Finally, 'CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE, reviewing progress & pivoting as needed.' The steps are numbered 1 through 8, with a vertical arrow on the left side labeled 'GATHER FEEDBACK & MEASURE IMPACT.'
