Michelle’s mission is to help organizations have a profound impact on their employees, businesses, and communities through their DEI work.
Michelle is the Founder and CEO of Equity At Work™, known for creating innovative solutions for even the most complex DEI challenges. Michelle is also on the Investment Committee of RevTech Venture Capital, on the Advisory Board of AI-tech firm Theatro, a member of Forbes' Business Council, and has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Bloomberg, and more. Before this, she spent 25 years working at Accenture, Kurt Salmon, Macy’s Inc., and The Walt Disney Company.
